To get on the ranking list, a company has to meet the eligibility criteria that include client references and reviews, work experience, market presence, awards, and, of course, a high level of specialization in a given service. Client reviews are evaluated by number, recency, and quality and include the client’s overall experience with a company, evidence of successfully completed projects, and the project management style.

Previous work experience is no less important. It should contain case studies that demonstrate the company’s experience in different areas: projects, services, and industries. Another criterion is market presence, which is defined by marketing efforts – the way a company presents itself online, its reputation in its industry, thought leadership, and received awards.
