About the position

We’re hiring a Lead Generation Manager who will own and scale the entire top-of-funnel pipeline. This person must be proactive, tech-savvy, data-driven, and capable of running outreach at the speed of innovation. You’ll be the fuel behind Quantum’s sales engine and outreach strategy.

Must have skills:

  • 3+ years in B2B outbound lead generation, ideally in a Software Development, Data/AI services, SaaS, or deep-tech environment
  • Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English (spoken and written)
  • Strong experience with email outreach at scale, cold email tools, inbox warm-up tools (Lemlist, Instantly.ai, Mailreach)
  • Proven ability to enrich and validate large contact datasets from events or list scraping
  • Excellent written communication and the ability to tailor messages based on technical context
  • Comfort working with CRM systems (HubSpot preferred), Excel/Sheets for list work, and managing multiple inboxes
  • Bonus: Experience coordinating with event teams, understanding booth traffic tactics, and field-level execution

Your tasks will include:

  • Design and execute outbound lead generation strategies (LinkedIn & Email) targeting Data/AI-heavy industries such as Healthcare, Fintech, and AgriTech
  • Define and refine Ideal Customer Profiles (ICPs) in collaboration with the delivery and sales teams
  • Research and source high-potential accounts and contacts using tools like Apollo.io, ZoomInfo, Clay, PhantomBuster, Lusha, etc
  • Identify, validate, and test new outreach channels, data sources, and enrichment tools
  • Manage warm-up and deliverability for all Gmail outreach inboxes using warm-up tools and multi-inbox setups
  • Launch, manage, and optimize multichannel outreach campaigns across email and LinkedIn
  • Act as the first point of contact for qualified leads, set appointments, and maintain consistent follow-ups before handoff to sales
  • Continuously refine scripts, subject lines, CTAs, and message personalization to maximize conversions
  • Maintain CRM hygiene (HubSpot), including updates to lead status, engagement notes, and lead scoring
  • Track and analyze key funnel conversion metrics such as list-to-call and appointment-to-deal
  • Deliver weekly reports with insights on open rates, replies, meetings booked, and conversion performance
  • Collect, enrich, and qualify attendee and exhibitor lists before events and execute personalized outreach
  • Support the on-site sales team during events by managing real-time meeting logistics
  • Coordinate post-event follow-ups and ensure CRM data synchronization
