Skills and qualification:

  • 3+ years of working experience in IT HR;
  • Knowledge of software development industry specifics;
  • Understanding of all HR functions;
  • Deep understanding of HR process (onboarding, adaptation, motivation, retention);
  • Strong networking skills;
  • Exceptional communication skills;
  • At least Upper-Intermediate level of English.

Would be a plus:

  • Technical high education;
  • Completed courses in IT.


  • New employee integration, motivation, retention;
  • Develop and maintain strong working relations with the employees;
  • Support employees’ career growth;
  • Formation of the company’s internal identity as people with a common goal and interests;
  • Keeping employees engaged in projects and company;
  • Assistance in development for employees of Hard Skills and Soft Skills;
  • HR brand management;
  • Event planning (celebrations, team buildings, corporate events);
  • Organization conferences & meetups;
  • HR budget management;
  • Conduct welcome meetings, adaptation meetings, hr meetings, 1-1 meetings, exit interviews;
  • Assist with other HR responsibilities including compensation, benefits, training and development initiatives;
  • Management of the company’s discount programs;
  • Company branding (visualization, ordering, etc.);
  • HR strategy management.
